Surrealistic Sculptures, Paintings, Satire and Humor The artistic co-operation of Eddie Hofmann and its nephew Rafael Bopp began before approximately ten years with the writing of skurilen and humorous poems. Co-operation found its continuation in manufacturing merry and playful sculptures. Eddie and Rafael have a very similarly stored fantasy. They inspire themselves mutually and have pretty often at the same time the same idea.
John Adamson - Sculptor & Woodcarver I am a British carver who takes inspiration from the form of the log rather than working with squared timber. I allow the wood to tell me what to carve but that is usually a group human figures. A group of people has to have a reason for being a group so I search for the story in the carving, so I go for the human figure. It is a bit of a challenge as everyone can say when it is wrong but very few can say how to put it right. Any comments or if possible commissions welcome.

Portrait Sculpture Busts & Custom Gunstock Carving Sculpted likenesses in ceramic clay or bonded bronze, hand carved or engraved gun stocks and charcoal pencil or colored chalk (pastel) drawings. Clare Sieffert Portrait Sculpture Busts, The Virginia Gunstock Carver, and Portraits from Photographs.
Letters from Satisfied CustomersI met Clare through her fan work for the "Beauty and the Beast" television show. I live in San Diego, California but I was attending a media convention in Las Vegas, where I saw her art displayed. Although she lives on the East coast I maintained contact with her, knowing I would have work for her eventually. Her work spoke for itself; here was fine professionalism. The portraits of my niece and nephew that I eventually commissioned as a gift for my brother are still mentioned every Christmas. I worked with Clare on getting the appropriate photos from my sister-in-law, and it paid off. Her work was beautiful. Clare got the art back to me in a couple of weeks, after she received the photos, and that's a very quick response. When I showed her work to my friend Alan, he commissioned portraits of his two children. He still remarks on her quality and speed three years later. (He made more points with his wife that Christmas than with any other gift before or since.) I can recommend Clare for any portrait work you may have in mind. You seldom find so much innate talent in an individual artist. I have seen her work in many media and she always excels. I have been a designer and art director for the last twenty years and deal with artists regularly. Her meticulous attention to details and her honest desire to give good value to the client cause her to be exactingly professional. I feel her price is remarkably low for the quality she provides, and she's a good deal faster than many of my local artists.
After consultation, Ms. Clare Sieffert was commissioned to create clay/ceramic busts of my three grandchildren which were later to be cast in bronze by a foundry to be selected. The completed works represented an extremely high quality of detail and the actual likeness of each was amazing. Each of the pieces displayed the sculptor's total sensitivity to form and perfection. I would highly recommend Ms. Sieffert to anyone seeking a high degree of likeness and perfection in this medium.
James D. Fralin I have known Clare Sieffert for perhaps two years. We met as a result of my woodturning and her need for a special piece for one of her egg creations. She has attended a number of events with the Blue Ridge Woodturners and shared some of her work with our membership. Clare and I have visited each other in assisting with projects on several instances. I have found her to be incredibly gifted in a number of artistic directions. My wife and I have a charcoal drawing she did of our dog Meggie. We have shown it to many of our friends and the comments have all included how realistic it is. Several said, "I expected for her to bark at me"! We have been thoroughly delighted with the picture. In my association with Clare I have found her to be honest, dependable and professional in every way. If you would like to contact me, I can be reached at: calfor1@adelphia.net Charlie Alford
